NBA RISING STARS INVITATIONAL IN SINGAPORE TO FEATURE EIGHT MARKETING AND PROMOTIONAL PARTNERS

SINGAPORE, June 19, 2025 – The National Basketball Association (NBA) today announced that eight marketing and promotional partners will support the inaugural NBA Rising Stars Invitational, the league’s first regional high-school basketball tournament. Supported by Sport Singapore and Singapore Tourism Board, the tournament will feature boys’ and girls’ teams from 11 countries across Asia-Pacific competing at the Kallang Tennis Hub in Singapore from Wednesday, June 25 – Sunday, June 29 as part of a multiday immersive basketball and entertainment festival. The roster of marketing and promotional partners include SoftBank, Karim Family Foundation, Singapore Sports Hub, 2K, New Era, and Wilson.

Operated by the event agencies of NBA Singapore, the NBA Rising Stars Invitational will be headlined by three-time NBA All-Star Domantas Sabonis (Sacramento Kings; Lithuania) and two- time WNBA champion Lauren Jackson (Australia), who will be joined by current Phoenix Suns players Ryan Dunn (U.S.) and Oso Ighodaro (U.S.) and B.LEAGUE player Keisei Tominaga (Japan). NBA Legend Yao Ming (China) will make special appearances, including attending the opening ceremony on June 25. The players and legends will interact with youth participants on- and-off the court throughout the week.

In addition to the NBA Rising Stars Invitational, the festival will feature a range of interactive experiences for fans of all ages, including player appearances and meet-and-greets, open court sessions, community outreach initiatives, photo opportunities with authentic NBA memorabilia including the Larry O’Brien Trophy, official NBA merchandise for sale and performances by the Los Angeles Lakers dance team, the Laker Girls and Miami Heat mascot Burnie.

Highlights of partner activations for the NBA Rising Stars Invitational include:

Sport Singapore (SportSG)
• SportCares beneficiaries will participate in various ancillary activities, including the Jr. NBA/Jr. WNBA and Her Time to Play clinics on Saturday June 28 and Sunday June 29.
• SportSG will provide volunteers through its volunteer force Team Nila to support the execution of the NBA Rising Stars Invitational.

Singapore Tourism Board (STB)
• STB and the NBA will collaborate to showcase the multiday immersive basketball and entertainment festival and Singapore as a vibrant destination to fans from around the region.

SoftBank
• As an Official Partner of the NBA Rising Stars Invitational, SoftBank, a Japanese multi-faceted telecommunications company, will receive in-venue branding at the Kallang Tennis Hub and have a presence at the NBA Fan Zone at Kallang Tennis Hub where fans can watch Japanese basketball highlights.
• SoftBank will serve as the Presenting Partner of “Level Up”, a 15-part docuseries spotlighting select players participating in the tournament that will be published on the NBA Rising Stars Invitational Instagram page and YouTube channel and in Japan on BASKET LIVE, SoftBank’s over-the-top streaming service.
• SoftBank will also livestream the NBA Rising Stars Invitational tournament in Japan on BASKET LIVE, offering round-robin games featuring the Japanese boys’ and girls’ teams, and all single-elimination semi-finals and final games.

Karim Family Foundation (KFF)
• As the Official Community Partner of the NBA Rising Stars Invitational, KFF, a grant- making philanthropic organization dedicated to uplifting the underserved communities in Singapore, will receive in-venue branding at the Kallang Tennis Hub.
• KFF will serve as the Presenting Partner of the Jr. NBA/Jr. WNBA clinic on June 28 and the Her Time to Play clinic and leadership panel led by Jackson on June 29.

Singapore Sports Hub
• As the Official Venue Partner of the NBA Rising Stars Invitational, Singapore Sports Hub, the region’s premier sport, entertainment, and lifestyle destination, will host several events at its venues. In addition to the tournament, NBA activities at Singapore Sports Hub included a live screening of Game 5 of the 2025 NBA Finals between the Indiana Pacers and Oklahoma City Thunder that took place on June 17, and will include youth clinics, community events, and more.

2K
• 2K, a wholly owned label of Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. (NASDAQ: TTWO) and publisher of the leading global basketball video game NBA 2K, will host a booth at the NBA Fan Zone where fans can play the NBA 2K25 video game on a PlayStation®5 (PS5™) console.

New Era
• As the Official Headwear Partner of the NBA, WNBA and NBA G League, New Era, an international lifestyle brand, will serve as an Official Supplier of the NBA Rising Stars Invitational and provide championship caps to every member of the winning boys’ and girls’ teams. New Era will also display caps featuring all 30 NBA teams at the Larry O’Brien Trophy photo booth at the NBA Fan Zone.

Wilson
• As the Official Game Ball of the NBA, WNBA, NBA G League, NBA 2K League and Basketball Africa League (BAL), Wilson, an American sports equipment manufacturer, will serve as an Official Supplier of the NBA Rising Stars Invitational. Wilson will supply basketballs for the tournament and provide Wilson products to all tournament participants. Wilson will also display their basketballs at the Larry O’Brien Trophy display at the NBA Fan Zone.
