The programme is led by Filip Krämer, Austria’s #7 ranked 3×3 basketball player and certified fitness coach. As a professional athlete based in Singapore, Filip has competed internationally at the highest level, experiencing firsthand the demands and challenges of sport.

Beyond his athletic career, Filip holds a CPD-Certified Diploma in Sports Coaching, 

and the globally recognised NASM Personal Fitness Trainer Certificate. His expertise spans exercise science, anatomy, kinesiology, nutrition, and injury prevention which allows him to create safe and effective programmes for every age group.

With this blend of elite athletic experience and professional coaching knowledge, Filip ensures that every session, whether for kids, youths, or adults, is impactful, age-appropriate, and results-driven.
